    The product itself is fine, but the shipping was WAY overpriced for the amount of time it took to arrive. Also, based on the fact the order/invoice did not include the actual total for shipping (the item cost and the final total were both included, but not the shipping charge), I felt as if it was intentional to try and hide it. A 430 dollar item being shipped for nearly $20 additional as "Economy Saver" through FedEx is ridiculous. This could have been shipped in a different manner for significantly less and likely have been received earlier.

    It was extremely hard to screw the pieces together, I stripped one and had to use the old one. Either the screws were not the correct size or the threads didn’t match. I got them in as far as they would go but I had to MacGyver it with thin strips of metal to fill in the gaps between the bottom piece & the wood shelf. If it had been the bottom shelf that broke it wouldn’t have worked. Fingers crossed it doesn’t break

    The instructions are trash. My sister and I have spent three days trying to figure out how to install this. It is currently hanging out of our cabinet because we cannot figure it out. I will have to hire someone to install. The company should not sell equipment without proper instructions or providing a you tube video link. Every link I have found does not feature the exact type of equipment
