    The product is well made and the instructions are well written. Operation of the finished installation would be easier with a centered pull or knob. It takes both hand to smoothly open. The spring tension is a little harsh when closing. It does fulfill a need. Thank you for your service.

    The plastic trays and hinges are of adequate quality, but the included screws are poor quality. The heads of two screws broke off while installing the hinges. Probably made in some far east sweat shop using recycled forks and spoons. I replaced them with better quality screws I bought locally. Installing the hinges is a bear if your sink is already in and not enough room to turn a screwdriver. If you can, install this before your sink goes in.

    Too tall and my sink drawer would not close. Width was perfect. Had to reuse my old trays. I did use the trays on the doors instead.

    Ordering was easy and help when needed was outstanding. They use USPS which isn’t good. They are in Florida and I am in Georgia. The hinges went from pompano Beach to Rhode Island then to Massachusetts then back to Georgia. A long route.
