    I ordered three (3) of this item to further organize my pantry closet. Loved them. The natural wood looks like it was made for my custom pantry. Definitely is a “high-end” addition to my pantry.

    Loved to be able to place these in our lower corner cabinet. The cabinet was there, but not the lazy Susans. The 20" ones worked just great.

    The product is a great as it looks on the web site. Since I installed them in a corner cabinet that was already in place, I had to reorder a smaller size in order to fit them into the cabinet opening. I discussed the situation with tech support staffer Russ. He understood the problem and offered a great solution. The return of my initial order was quick and easy, although I had to pay shipping. Altogether, I'm very satisfied with the product and the on line experience.

    Excellent quality and easy to install. Not a big deal but the only issue is that the screws are a bit long if mounting on the bottom of the cabinet. Screws are perfect if installing on a shelf within the cabinet.

    I bought two of these and decided that I don't need to install them permanently. They are heavy enough as is and spin nicely. I would have given it 5 stars but they are NOT 20", mine are 19 1\2", but I'm keeping them anyway. Ordering was easy and customer service was great!
