I found the product itself very sturdy and of high quality. However, the minimum requirement of 9” is incorrect if you also purchased the hardware to attach the face of a cabinet door. The hardware that must be attached to the sides of front sides of the unit increase the total width of the unit and made the total width approximately 9-1/2”, which made it too wide for my 9-1/4” wide cabinet opening. For that reason, I had to return it. There is a 35% restocking fee, which I will dispute, because the company clearly says it only takes a 9” opening for it to work. I am still waiting on my refund, and I returned it over a week ago. Like I said previously, it’s a very solid and high quality unit, but the company needs to say in the product description that if you plan to purchase and add the hardware to attach to a cabinet door, you will need about a 10” cabinet opening for it to work.

I research A LOT before I buy online! Found the cabinet trash pull-out we needed and found it on Cabinet Parts. It did not disappoint! Easy to install and works like a charm! I would have liked a pattern for the door mount, but it wasn't too difficult to figure out. My husband came home and I had it done; he was very impressed! ;)
