I bought a lovely old dresser with those hanging brass drawer pulls. One of them broke and I tried fixing it with cold weld. That didn't work! I shopped in local hardware stores and places like home depot. Nobody had anything close to what I needed. I found cabinetparts online and ordered a replacement which looked close, but not identical to mine. When it got here, I saw that I could just substitute the part that anchors the brass handle into the drawer and still use my old handle. So all three handles still match, and the different replacement part is hardly noticeable. I'm really happy with the result.
