    The backplate looks great with my black drawer pulls. The first order I placed was lost and I never received it (even though it said it was delivered). I called customer service and explained what happed. Within 24hrs I received an email that they contacted the shipping carrier to verify the status of my order. Even though it was “delivered” they were aware that I had not received it. Another order was re-shipped to me. My order arrived in 2 days. This is an example of excellent customer service- good communication and they promptly resolved the problem. Thank you Cabinet Parts!

    Due to my own mistake, I ordered these backplates in the wrong size, and would have replaced with same, but they are not made in 3” centers. I don’t know if backplates are unfashionable now, but they are extremely difficult to find. I’m replacing 40-year old pulls and backplates, and I can tell you that backplates save cabinets from being gouged by fingernails. My 40-year old cabinet finish is practically pristine. These Pub House backplates were very sturdy, the polished nickel finish was perfect and they are such a simple design, they should coordinate well with any pull. Wish they came in a 3” center and I would order again.

    Products arrived as expected, name brand items. Cabinet Parts was extremely helpful throughout the process and gave me a better deal than I was originally planning to spend.     I was able to find the exact hinge needed to replace broken hidden Soss hinges in a Martha Washington cabinet. The price was reasonable. It did take a while to ship out (ordered May 15, shipping notice June 2) but then arrived quickly once shipped.
