This is a well made, high quality product. I purchased it for built-in cabinetry which required concealed inset hinges with a face frame. It works beautifully and takes up little actual and visual space. The only draw back is in the time and skill required to mortise it into the door and frame. Not recommended for an impatient beginner.

Worked just like they said they would. The only down side to the product is getting the correct depth of the mortise. Very little room for mistake

I realized they had sent a different part for one of my under mount latches. I called them and they sent the replacement part in just a couple of days.

Easy to install. They were heavier (150#) than the originals(100#) installed in 2006. Very easy to pull. Excellent. W. O. B.

Jonzee did a great job identifying the correct replacement hinges. The original design on the hinges is no longer available. The new replacement hinges required drilling new holes for the screws and routing out the 35MM hole to allow the hinge to open the
