This is an excellent product. Had another kind and the door just kept falling down. This keeps raising door up and just an easy touch and the door closing very softly. LOVE THEM!!

I used three-quarter oak plywood to make a large (3'x2'x2') toy box for my granddaughter. The lid was quiet heavy and I didn't want the lid to slam down on her little fingers. I use two Flap Soft-Downs (one on each side) making it easier for the twenty-two months old to open and close the lid. The lit gently closed. This product funtion as advertised.

I designed a wall cabinet with a vertical lifting glass door - just as in the picture. These hinges worked perfectly, securely holds the door in an open position and were easy to install.

A most excellent guide template comes with the parts. Made the install a breeze. No fiddling with lookup tables. No worries sighting (locating) the far end of this closer: fix the pivot end first, hold the door to the desired open position & the drill locations can easily be marked. Oh, the pivot hinge also works fine. Cheers, FanBelt32
