Problem is that when you push the release the door strike stays stuck to the magnet and we have to use a tool (pen cap, screwdriver, etc) to get in there each time to release the glass door. It is a sterilization pass through drawer in our dental office that gets used dozens of times per day, so it is highly inconvenient to say the least.

Easy to install. They were heavier (150#) than the originals(100#) installed in 2006. Very easy to pull. Excellent. W. O. B.

Jonzee did a great job identifying the correct replacement hinges. The original design on the hinges is no longer available. The new replacement hinges required drilling new holes for the screws and routing out the 35MM hole to allow the hinge to open the
