The Futaba Extended Concealed Flat Brackets provide heavy duty support for countertops, work surfaces, floating shelves, benches, and standard shelving in residential and commercial spaces, including training rooms and ADA accessible installations. Constructed from durable steel, these brackets feature vertical and horizontal adjustability and square mounting holes that lock bolts for single tool tightening. Designed to attach to the right side of the stud, the extended design includes an upper extension above the support arm for increased strength and stability. Brackets are available in black or white textured powder coated finishes and are packaged two per box with mounting hardware including 3/8-16 x 4 inch bolts, nuts, locks, and flat washers. Load capacity ranges from 1400 to 4900 lbs per pair and sizes are available in 1 inch and 2 inch widths with support arm lengths from 9 to 24 inches.

    The brackets themselves are very sturdy and will hold a lot of weight. Slight drawbacks are the plastic inserts for the holes which are rather fragile, and several of them broke even with gentle persuasion to get them in the holes. The holes themselves sometimes have a little extra metal or paint around them that you have to scrape to get the plastic inserts in.

    After a long, broad local search for longer, stronger and white shelf supports, Cabinet Parts was found online. The exact length needed with comparable prices to the shorter models was shortly received with easy installation, and had the excellent strength/support required.

    These brackets came quickly and were installed in a shed double door opening. The shed was leaning on the door opening side and I was hoping these brackets would square it up and strengthen the side. Unfortunately the brackets were too small. They did help but couldn't hold it from leaning out of square again. Not really the brackets fault. They're just too small. I need to find brackets a minimum of 24x30 I would think. Hard to find.

    We bought these for our pantry for the smaller side and actually has to use them "backwards". We wanted all brackets inside pantry to match and our other wall had very deep shelves. They worked wonderfully and they are extremely sturdy. So grateful to find this company online and get what we need at a great price.

    Came on time, decent price. Matched the old one exactly, the soft close works well. For some reason it grates a little when opening the drawer, but measurements indicate that is an issue with the drawer cabinet as originally assembled.
