Blum’s 295H5700 Pull-Out Lock keeps pull-out shelves steady and safe. Designed for Blum TANDEM and MOVENTO runners, its true lock-out feature holds the shelf fully open so it won’t drift while you work; squeeze the side levers to release and close smoothly. A synchronization linkage rod (sold separately) is required and must be cut to length to match your cabinet’s internal width, ensuring both locks engage in unison. A uniquely robust, professional hold-open solution-only from Blum.

I'm wasting a lot of time conveying how they got it wrong to them and still no resolution, its ongoing. So easy not to just package the order correctly and very time consuming to hold cabinet parts to what should be easy standards.
