by Berwyn from Hohenwald, TNI ordered a single pair of 12" glides and cabinet parts sent me two right clips, instead of a right and a left. I'm wasting a lot of time conveying how they got it wrong to them and still no resolution, its ongoing. So easy not to just package the order correctly and very time consuming to hold cabinet parts to what should be easy standards.
