I purchased some hinges from your company. Made sure the numbers were correct from the old hinge but when I got them it was not quite right. I’ve tried a few times to get assistance but that hasn’t gone well. I still have the ones I purchased but I have no need for them and I can seem to get the right one a month later.

Finding the right hinge for my cabinets was not easy until I found this company. They provided the information I needed to know just what I needed, then they had all the parts in stock. The 2020 design for mating the hinge and the mounting plate is much improved over the 1997 approach. Seems more secure and much easier to put the door on and off to get everything adjusted properly.

I was able to find the exact hinge needed to replace broken hidden Soss hinges in a Martha Washington cabinet. The price was reasonable. It did take a while to ship out (ordered May 15, shipping notice June 2) but then arrived quickly once shipped.
