    Huge improvement over our old hardware. The old ones only pulled out 3/4 of the way, so we were constantly reaching blindly into the back 6 inches of the cabinet. Installing these full-extension slides opened up the whole drawer, and the soft-close feature is such a nice bonus.

    Cancelled product moments after it was ordered as it was the wrong size. Spoke to customer service and cancelled over the computer too! It was sent anyway. How do I return it?

    The actual product is a 5. However, The center point for the drill location is not the standard 22.5 mm. The hinge is actually designed to function with several mm more. This would have given the desired full overlay when installed. One little slip of pap
