I'm making a product for a semi-precision end use. Something the product was never intended to do. I have been using other slides off the internet, and all have failed in one way or another. I called into customer service and got "K"; I know, no personal info. He had the patience and product knowledge to make a recommendation. And also, contributed to why the others failed. The solution performed perfectly and only because of the product's superior quality. Form, fit and finish are at a level to perform in this application. Thanks to the people at Cabinet parts who put performance above all else.
