    This was just what I needed. For some reason, the Brookhaven cabinets installed 5 years ago in our remodeled kitchen had cheaper magnetic locks that were installed too tightly, resulting in the plastic cracking & falling apart over time and the magnet becoming useless. These replacement parts had the holes in approximately the same places, so were easy to install and look much more sturdy. And I didn't install them so tightly that the plastic cracked.

    My cabinet hardware I ordered came earlier than estimated delivery time. Always a good thing!!! Parts were packaged well and in perfect visual and working condition. The price was by far cheaper than all local hardware retailers. I Would definitely recommend and order again.
