I am nearly blind, and my daughter's cat was gettint one om my cabinets and it was becoming a big distraction, so my son suggested getting magnet latches and he put them on it worked perfectly from the first day, Extreemely satisfied and have recommended your site to others.

Alignment and access to the screws on the magnetic part was a breeze. I twisted off 3 of the plate screws. They must be a softer material. Pilot holes were drilled. Also I used 5 to hold a spring loadextoo down and one corner still popped up. I expected them to be stronger....

I realized they had sent a different part for one of my under mount latches. I called them and they sent the replacement part in just a couple of days.

Easy to install. They were heavier (150#) than the originals(100#) installed in 2006. Very easy to pull. Excellent. W. O. B.

Jonzee did a great job identifying the correct replacement hinges. The original design on the hinges is no longer available. The new replacement hinges required drilling new holes for the screws and routing out the 35MM hole to allow the hinge to open the
