    After investing ~$500 in a heavy duty food processor that I didn’t want to dominate our counterspace this appliance lift was the perfect solution. The lower cab was simply retrofited to accommodate it: removed the adjustable shelf and added a vertical for one side of the hinge of the lift to attach to. Purchased the smaller of the two wood blocks sold here to go on top. One thing learned was it wasn’t possible to flush out the wood top with our existing countertop, but being ~1/2” below is absolutely not an issue. Operation of the lift has been carefree & this has been a really useful way to avoid ever manually lifting, relocating, and putting away the processor.

    These drawers for non standard openings are a real waste of space. The slides don’t fit and you will have to solve the problems your self. The chat feature is useless. Having some wood working skills I was able to us the products I purchased.

    We haven't installed this, but after taking it out of the box to check for shipping damage (there was none), it looks really nice. Good wood. Fine attention to detail. That's it.

    Jonzee did a great job identifying the correct replacement hinges. The original design on the hinges is no longer available. The new replacement hinges required drilling new holes for the screws and routing out the 35MM hole to allow the hinge to open the
