    I have purchased and installed 2 of these and my overall opinion on quality is that these are very well built. The instructions are not clear - it takes quite a while to figure out how to install it. They should post a youtube video to bridge the gaps that are in the instructions. The main unit cannot be fully installed without the trays which you have to purchase separately because some of the hardware that you need to install the frame is included with the baskets and not the frame hardware. That's not ideal especially for budget minded buyers who might want to buy and install the frame first and then buy the trays at a later time.

    I ordered the Magic Corner 2 in Champagne color with the upgraded Fineline walnut boxes on 12/1/2024 and arrived on 12/24/2024. Ordering online was great, no issues. After opening the boxes and taking out the parts for installation, I noticed that the frame was silver (not what I ordered) and there were scratches as well as screw marks from a previous installation. Seems that this frame was a return and repackage. Just bummed this set my project back multiple weeks. When I called the customer service number to speak to a live person, nobody was there to answer and it just recirculated me through the phone menu options. I checked the hours online and which said they should be available. The product itself looked very robust and solid.

    Great product,the only BIG problem is very shallow instructions.Product works great!Not sure everybody could install this.Instructions need improved.

    I am loving my newest kitchen gadget. I had my cabinets made to order and delivered the magic corner to my cabinet makers. They installed it for me and delivered my cabinets a few days ago. I could not be happier with my cabinets and the magic corner. Thank you for a wonderful product.
