    Somehow someone in shipping sent me 1 shelf support instead of the 1 order of 100 supports. I'm still waiting for shipment information when the correct order was supposed to go out 3 days ago. This has never happened before and service is usually stellar.

    I was able to find the exact hinge needed to replace broken hidden Soss hinges in a Martha Washington cabinet. The price was reasonable. It did take a while to ship out (ordered May 15, shipping notice June 2) but then arrived quickly once shipped.
