The item was exactly what I needed. I was advised 8 weeks. After 9 weeks, I called about the items. Customer service was helpful and I received the parts a week later. Happy with the item, but not the long wait. Good customer service.

We were hoping to add more glass shelves to our current shelving. These new brackets were thinner (not strong) and the tabs are less then half the length of the current ones, so they will fall out with the slightest bump or minimum weight placed on top.
