    Ordered K&V shelving components: pair of standards arrived soon, but shelf brackets yet to be seen, 15 days later - supposedly shipped 4 days ago. unacceptable.

    I have the same brackets from the late 60s and these brackets today are not the same quality. They are flimsy and the color is not brass. I was also not happy with the cost to refund, I was charged over 50% for a restocking fee. I would not do business with this company again.

    Although I called and left a message and didn’t hear back regarding the length of the standards I bought, I did call a few times and finally talked to a nice woman who advised me how to do a return. However, I never did get to speak with anyone who is an expert in the products and that’s actually what would’ve helped me the most.

    Jonzee did a great job identifying the correct replacement hinges. The original design on the hinges is no longer available. The new replacement hinges required drilling new holes for the screws and routing out the 35MM hole to allow the hinge to open the
