    The kit was the perfect fit for our cabinet. The item and delivery service were great but customer service is lacking. I ordered two kits, one arrived was missing the basket in the back. I contacted customer service, sent pictures of the items received and asked for a basket to be sent. I never got a reply or the missing basket.

    This garbage can is wonderful now that it's installed. However, the installation process was a nightmare. The instructions on the product from Cabinet Parts and the ones from the makers of the product were different and very difficult to follow. It took over 2 1/2 hrs and a phone call to cabinet parts (where they have the most annoying "I'm on Hold" recording were extremely frustrating. It would be great if the distributor and the manufacturer could get together and write ONE set of comprehensible and easy to understand insutrctions. The product itself is terrific; the instructions definitely NOT so great -- if fact, terrible.

    This was only one of several product ordered. Especially good for retrofit in old cabinets which may eliminate building an interior frame for a side-mount unit. Screw it to the base and you are good to go. Highly recommend this unit.

    Fairly easy to install. Fit perfect in our 15” cabinet base. We purchased the door mounts and it is definitely worth the extra cost! The only down complaint is that the door mount came with 2 different size screws for custom fitting but only 2 long screws when we needed 4. We were able to take out spacers and remount the brackets so it worked. Would purchase this again in a heartbeat. Solid nice sliding drawer slides and nice basket in back for a roll of trash bags.

    I was able to find the exact hinge needed to replace broken hidden Soss hinges in a Martha Washington cabinet. The price was reasonable. It did take a while to ship out (ordered May 15, shipping notice June 2) but then arrived quickly once shipped.
