Received the 20" as ordered; it appeared to be good material and suitable for my purpose; however, I really needed the 18" size. It would have been helpful to have had both a 20" and an !8" diameter paper to check-out the fit before ordering. Further, it appears that I'll have to use a hack saw to cut the support pole to accommodate the inside height of the cabinet. No warning of this. Some mention of this should be included in your marketing.

Shelf and everything is fine but the collar for the extendable part of the pipe is missing. Of coarse I tried to call and get ran through a pile of push this button push that button, never got anywhere. I tried the “text help”……never got a reply……I made something work so it’s in place now……shelf is a 4, customer service….1-there is none……

It seems like when you tighten down the set screw, it forces the back up.

I must have purchased this with the pole too long, I had to run to the hardware store three times until I got the correct length. The instruction could have added that the pipe may have to cut shorter. Also I wanted a three tier 30 shelf but could find that, do you offer any? I don't need it now but was just wondering.
