    We replaced a 20 year old under cabinet Lazy Susan with this new one. The new one came with easy instructions. The most critical part was making sure it was perfectly centered and vertical. I used a plumb Bob to make sure top clamp lined up with the bottom clamp. Works great and my wife is smiling!

    Received product in perfect condition. All parts were included in package. Product fit perfectly, it was a replacement for an old Lazy Susan. Would definitely order from this company again.

    It was extremely hard to screw the pieces together, I stripped one and had to use the old one. Either the screws were not the correct size or the threads didn’t match. I got them in as far as they would go but I had to MacGyver it with thin strips of metal to fill in the gaps between the bottom piece & the wood shelf. If it had been the bottom shelf that broke it wouldn’t have worked. Fingers crossed it doesn’t break

    The instructions are trash. My sister and I have spent three days trying to figure out how to install this. It is currently hanging out of our cabinet because we cannot figure it out. I will have to hire someone to install. The company should not sell equipment without proper instructions or providing a you tube video link. Every link I have found does not feature the exact type of equipment

    I was able to find the exact hinge needed to replace broken hidden Soss hinges in a Martha Washington cabinet. The price was reasonable. It did take a while to ship out (ordered May 15, shipping notice June 2) but then arrived quickly once shipped.
