My wife refinished the ten year old maple kitchen cabinets to white that goes better with the stainless steel appliances. The fold out mini storage for sponges in front of the kitchen sink were beige to match the norther maple. We wanted them to look like the new finish so it was excellent that the white ‘tip out trays’ were available. I did mess up and order two. I did not notice they are sold in pairs! I now have workbench storage tip out trays. Note I did have to remove the little wings that apparently used as stops in some models. Using the sniper for 2 inch schedule 40 plastic plumbing I removes the stops as they got stuck on the hinges.

We ordered tip out trays and when they said they were delivered, we didn’t believe they had been. CabinetParts customer service responded quickly, offering to replace the missing items- only to learn my husband accepted delivery assuming it was work stuff he was waiting for. We called CabinetParts back, let them know we DID receive the parts and asked them to cancel the replacements. They did so graciously without ever passing judgement on our error. Really excellent service.
