- 1 of 5 Customer service is disgraceful!!! July 7th, 2026
by Kevin from Levittown, PAI will never buy from cabinetparts again. Your customer service is disgusting and incompetent.
- 4 of 5 Hinge is great. Tray is branded October 22nd, 2026
by Todd from Fort Mill, SCHinge is fantastic. Install templates are perfect. The only flaw is Rev-A-Shelf imprinting their company logo in the aluminum tray. Every time you open the tip out drawer... boom, their logo, over and over, into eternity. Pointless and needless and a nuisance for the homeowner. I had to build out a replacement tray myself and give up on the aluminum stamped tray, thus you'll be better off getting smallest trey, get the hinges, roll your own tray.

- 4 of 5 Great Little Cubbies May 30th, 2026
by Matthew from Washington, DCThese little hinge drawers are fantastic! I wish the sound they made going from open to closed was much quieter though. Word of advice: Read the booklet first; don't skip the "outline back of drawers with pencil before removing from cabinet face" step. It will make installation a lot easier haha
