    Difficult to install. I installed a unit similar to this one years ago and it was much easier to install. The soft close feature doesn’t close unless you manually push it closed. Many things fall out of the tray when it is closed. Worst of all, I have a disappointed wife.

    I had to tweak my cabinet a little to get the hinge to fit, but that didn't take long. Smooth sailing after that and it works great. I ended up installing four of them.

    I bought5 of the tip out trays and they work great, I love the soft close hinges and the stainless steel looks nice. I've had other brands before and this seems to be the best by far. Definately recommend and would purchase again.
