I was looking for a quantity of soft close hinges to upgrade the current salice self closing hinge to salice soft close. customer service was helpful and the shipment arrived on time. The ones I needed, which are a single screw in the face frame, are listed as discontinued. I ordered a pair of these as a backup plan but were able to find the single screw version in bulk elsewhere.

I ordered self closing hinges and screws. I received normal non-self closing hinges and a week and a half later received screws. Company was easy to deal with but sent the wrong items. Being a contractor i was forced to go hinges elsewhere because I had a deadline on the project. I’m sorry but I couldn’t use this company again and risk my reputation.

When a hinge gave out on one of our kitchen cabinets, I expected to require a high-priced service call. Instead, by using Google reverse lookup using a photo, we found and ordered this inexpensive replacement hinge. My husband is handy, but it was really not difficult to install. The cabinet door is now back to working order and we saved alot of money.

I bought these for a job and installed one to test out the soft close feature. It did not work well at all. The only time it actually "soft closed" was when I gently closed the cabinet myself. I returned them, but Cabinet parts still charged me for shipping
