    Parts ordered did not ship in first week. Contact via email got response, but no further action x3 days. Called on phone. Tricky phone tree, back to online chat...who said go back to the phone to cancel...ignore phone tree...choose orders, they answer. Then a very nice person mananged to cancel my order (as I had already sourced elswhere)....and released the hold on my Credit Card. Good enough.
