    Parts ordered did not ship in first week. Contact via email got response, but no further action x3 days. Called on phone. Tricky phone tree, back to online chat...who said go back to the phone to cancel...ignore phone tree...choose orders, they answer. Then a very nice person mananged to cancel my order (as I had already sourced elswhere)....and released the hold on my Credit Card. Good enough.

    Within moments of calling, describing the cabinet closure and sending a pic for confirmation, the representative immediately sent me a link to purchase the correct replacement. From the time I decided to find the part to the time I received and installed it was maybe three days. Awesome service!!
