4 of 5 Excellent product, poor instructions October 15th, 2017
by Donald from Fort Collins, CO

The shelves were excellent and are better than the originals . The instructions are intended to be multilingual , they succeeded by being worthless in all languages. In fact, there are errors in the instructions as well.

    3 of 5 Hard to balance December 24th, 2015
by Teri from New Carlisle, OH

When replacing existing broken unit with this kit, it was a delicate bit of grunt work getting the spin just right. Probably difficult because interference from the previous worn out holes. It would be grand as a new install. As usual, fixing broken history is harder than building new. Parts were good though and seem a lot more durable than what we removed.

It is an easy install, plus all the different mounting holes made adjusting it even simpler. You wont be disappointed.

    4 of 5 Instructions Useless March 7th, 2016
by Robert from Middleburg Hts., OH

Product is good quality and sturdy and works well but it took me 4.5 hours to install it. Trouble is with the instructions. There may as well not be instructions. Instructions should simply refer installer to youtube. A template would have helped. Fire the guy who decided these instructions were to be included in the product.

This review is about a different size/color of this item. (VS-PR-2821WH)

I love the heft and look of the bronze plates. My only concern is with the mounting screws. For such a large plate and for security matters the screws are only 1/2 inch long. They would be easy to pry off. I have bought 1 inch screws, (the longest that wo

we had significant difficulty deciphering the measurements needed. Cabinet parts develop drawings to illustrate the needed dimensions.
