These Movento 763 slides needed to be shipped a second time. The first shipment came in the original Blum box which was not secure enough, the box was severely damaged and the slides were also damaged. The second shipment was packed in a much more sturdy box and arrived in good condition. My recommendation is that you should not continue to ship heavy hardware in the original box, but instead repack for shipping in more substantial packaging.

The slides glide so effortlessly. They are made with quality materials. Easy to install and adjust. I used them in my customer's bathroom for pullout shelves. The customer is happy with the quality and value.

The product is great, the company should be more upfront about their inventory and expected ship dates. I cancelled a portion of the order due to the anticipated ship date. I would have waited if they informed me that there was a delay when I placed the order.
