I bought 5 of the Blum soft close attachments for my existing kitchen cabinet hinges to see how they work before investing in the 60+ I will need for all of my hinges. 4 of them work great. They were very easy for me to install and do a great job of stopping my very large pantry doors from slamming (my family is very hard on cabinets!). I was not happy that the one won't clip into any hinge, but my guess is that CabinetParts.com will replace it. Now, I'm getting ready to purchase the rest. Hopefully, no more defective parts!

After you shipped my order promptly it got lost during shipping. All tracking from FedEx just stopped in the middle of the shipping. After trying to contact FedEx for help with little luck my wife reached out to you folks. I am very sorry I don’t remember

Would have given a five star except screws that are sold along with drawer slides are shipped from a different location, presumably by a third party retailer. Tracking says shipped by USPostal Service which is slow and unreliable lately. Been 2 weeks and
