The product itself was fine. But in looking at my cabinets, I have two types of hinges. While the website gave pretty good guidance on how to determine which part to order, I wish there would have been a detailed picture of the actual PART, not just the part as it appears when attached to the hinge. Had I seen the actual PART and could read the specific dimensions of the part, that would have helped. I ended up not getting the right part after all so need to do a return. However, the experience on the website and ordering process was good overall. I would use Cabinet Parts.com again if needed.

They work nicely, however, replacing the euro hinge with a blumotion hinge costs about the same and has a cleaner, low profile finish.
