Paid for product to be overnighted. Was never delivered. Typically we have great experiences with cabinet parts, but ups said the tracking number they sent us was fraudulent.

My cabinet hinges are 20yrs old but the doors are great so we refinished the doors and cabinets. Upgraded to soft close style replacement hinges and the wife is happy.

I recently made my 1st purchase from Cabinet Parts. One of the items came in with a broken part. Cabinet Parts Customer Service took care of the problem quickly and completely. I do recommend them highly! B

I don't have a problem with the items, as they were as described. However, I have called 2x's and I've tried to start a return process through your website to no avail. The items I ordered were not the correct hinges that I needed and I need to return them. When I spoke to the girl at your office, she said she would start a return and that I should receive an email within 24 hours, it's been over a week and still nothing. I also tried several times on the website using your click buttons and still nothing. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card and hopefully that will get your attention.
