I love the function and the quality of these Blum hinges. I already had Blums but they were not soft close. The only complaint is the inner holes on the cabinet side are too small and I had to pay someone to make them as wide as the outer portions of the holes. Why they are made that way, I don’t understand. My originals are wider and slotted for adjustments. I would give this product 5 stars if the holes were drilled to accommodate my situation. I also want to mention how wonderful and knowledgeable the support technician Jonzee was. He made everything so easy and perfect for me by allowing me to send photos so he can recommend the perfect parts for my project. He was amazing, kind, caring, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for your wonderful customer service support.

As a first time, customer, and soft clothes, engine installer, I must say the product fit well. Aside, struggling a little to figure out the adjustments I couldn’t be happier with the hinges and their function. Customer Service team was very helpful and determined exactly what style and size I needed. Considering my order was only for four hinges, my representative went above and beyond the call of duty!
