by Andrew from Shelby Township, MII purchased six drawers and slides to upgrade part of my kitchen. The product arrived and everything looked beautiful but when I tried to assemble the boxes into my cabinets nothing fit. Everything was undersize and as such none usable. I am trying to contact the manufacturer to see if I can order replacement width front and backs so I can assemble the drawers and install them. So far I have been unable to contact anyone at Cabinet parts but am hoping to hear from them soon. Once again these are great looking and very sturdy units that I really want to be a part of my kitchen and I actually would like to order more but I need to make sure I am getting the right sizes.

by Elyse from Alexandria, VAI wanted to love these and have the pieces fit together easily. But some of them do and some of them don't. The dovetails are sometimes off, so the upper edges don't always match. Them main problem is that it makes it difficult to get the bottom piece to go all the way into the groove on the inside of all of the side pieces. My husband had to get out the chisel to get it right. Good quality materials which I appreciate. A few chippy pieces, but most are very nice. For the price, I wish they had been more precise with the cuts.

by William from San Diego, CAThe good: Ordering was quick and easy drawer box was received in good time The drawer box frame seems well built easy to construct The bad: the drawer bottom that was sent did not fit the frame (it was very small). Not even close. Unfortunately due to deadline to complete my project I could not send the drawer box back or wait for another to be sent so I had to go to my local lumber store to get new plywood for the bottom and cut to fit. Not a big deal, just not happy about the extra cost. I would probably use the service again as it was convenient and easy to order and the product was timely delivered.

I was able to find the exact hinge needed to replace broken hidden Soss hinges in a Martha Washington cabinet. The price was reasonable. It did take a while to ship out (ordered May 15, shipping notice June 2) but then arrived quickly once shipped.
