Thank you for a great quality product! The rails are sturdy, and function perfectly. However, during the buying process, I realized the fasteners were not included. Considering the cost of these rails (I bought 12 sets) I would expect the screws to come with it. I ordered 1 bag of screws, my bad for not paying attention to the screw count, only 25 in the bag, I was quite disappointed with the cost of them delivered (roughly $6) I could've got them at my local hardware store for a small fraction of the cost. Not to mention they arrived 5 days after the rails. Pretty happy with the final product, but I thought I would mention this so you can do better in the future. This won't stop me from shopping back with you, but I won't get the screws.

I can’t answer about the quality of this part. I was being helped to fill my cart and the agent told me to get this slide which is NOT a pair. Instead of getting the same product at different sizes, I was steered towards this product (it was completely different from my 20” slide that he recommended). Who in the world would buy 7 slides. Is there a drawer out there that only has one side with slide? The delivery was also missing multiple items. I filed a claim with their AI over the weekend. The ticket was opened with their customer service at 6 AM my time and was closed out by them for not responding by 7:30AM. I found this out when I called in around 8AM before checking my email. You get 1 1/2 hr to respond then they shut you down. This is the most inappropriate business practice I have ever experienced in 35 yrs of working with businesses. I’ve had to file several claims since then to get any attention towards my problem and so far 7 days later, still no resolution. Their phone staff have to open a ticket to get anyone from the customer service department to answer. Be very careful to triple check everything and videotape all your delivery unboxing with this company to protect yourself.

I’ve used accuride slides for over 35 years. And for some reason I keep forgetting how greasy they are. Assembly cabinets and the drawers smears grease on everything. Then it trashes the finish.

A 25 year old trash can slider broke. It was a system that was attached to a cabinet front. With the help of a telephone conversation with your sales department I got the perfect replacement part to replace the sliders, no costly cabinet door replacement the system fit and works perfectly. So glad it was so easy!
