  • 5 of 5 Great Product, great Customer Service! September 6th, 2026
by Remi from redwood city, CA

The FR771 arrive well packaged but somehow one of the plastic pieces of the slide was broken. I reached out to customer service thru the web portal and after sending a few photos I received a replacement for the broken part (thanks Elizabeth!). No complications, easy, friendly. Meanwhile the FR771 is installed and the pantry is rock solid. The slide is built like a tank.

  • 4 of 5 High quality March 10th, 2026
    by Joel from Redding, CA

The pantry slide is very well constructed and high quality. The only issue that I found is that the instructions are lack luster at best. A little more detail in the instructions would be helpful especially if it is a first time installing one.
