    The FR771 arrive well packaged but somehow one of the plastic pieces of the slide was broken. I reached out to customer service thru the web portal and after sending a few photos I received a replacement for the broken part (thanks Elizabeth!). No complications, easy, friendly. Meanwhile the FR771 is installed and the pantry is rock solid. The slide is built like a tank.

    The pantry slide is very well constructed and high quality. The only issue that I found is that the instructions are lack luster at best. A little more detail in the instructions would be helpful especially if it is a first time installing one.
