Sorry I've been slow placing my review, but wanted to install the product and be in use prior to making judgements about the Fulterer FR777 Full Extension Slide 500mm; and FR 777 Easy Close system. First, Five Stars to cabinet Parts for prompt response to my order and that the product was well packaged and arrived in pristine condition. I have to agree with comments by others regarding lack of instructions, but it doesn't take a degree in mechanical engineering to figure out how it operates, so with a few measurements, installation was quite straightforward. One is well advised to make sure the slide base is well secured to the floor or is supported by cabinetry on both ends of the slide base, due to leverage imposed on the slide when fully extended under load. Price is well within expectations of a quality product, had I installed this product 16 years ago, I would have avoided making structural changes to my pantry at this time. This product is very well built, absent sharp edges or burrs, nice finish and operates quietly and smoothly under load. Five stars is well deserved, and I will happily recommend Fulterer products.

I purchased i few items at once, and everything arrived fast and with great care and quality. I’ll definitely keep them as first of my opinions when i need more cabinets parts in the future.

This is the first time I've ever purchased or installed a pantry slide. It is a very expensive piece of hardware. I could tell it was top quality when I received it. The instructions were easy to follow and the install went smoothly. It slides like it's on ice. My client was thrilled with the performance!!! I would also highly recommend the soft close add-on feature. Note: the slide must be secured very strongly in the back to counter the weight.

We had installed some cheaper slides that wobbled and dipped even before we loaded the pantry. Immediately replaced them with the Fulterer. Wow! Silent, smooth, strong and good looking. Worth the extra money for sure. The instructions were a little unclear but one phone call to the helpful supplier and they were easy.

I got the soft close option which are plastic pieces that clip to the metal slides. The idea is nice and seems to look like it is easy installation. The parts were inside the box with slides and the box was very tight and the way it was packaged it broke the tabs on the soft close pieces. Both sets were broken at the mounting tabs and one set the tabs holding the spring was broken. Hopefully cabinetparts.com replaces the broken parts.
