    I got the soft close option which are plastic pieces that clip to the metal slides. The idea is nice and seems to look like it is easy installation. The parts were inside the box with slides and the box was very tight and the way it was packaged it broke the tabs on the soft close pieces. Both sets were broken at the mounting tabs and one set the tabs holding the spring was broken. Hopefully cabinetparts.com replaces the broken parts.

    Haven't installed yet but, as per other reviews, they appear to be very good quality and slide smooth, but also the directions suck. Only pictures with no words. I hope I can install them correctly, especially the soft-close mechanism.

    I was able to find the exact hinge needed to replace broken hidden Soss hinges in a Martha Washington cabinet. The price was reasonable. It did take a while to ship out (ordered May 15, shipping notice June 2) but then arrived quickly once shipped.
