    The pantry slide is very well constructed and high quality. The only issue that I found is that the instructions are lack luster at best. A little more detail in the instructions would be helpful especially if it is a first time installing one.

    I've purchased a couple of the Fulterer FR771's for pullout cabinets; they are wonderful with a smooth glide and soft closing function. The latest one a received had a defective plastic component. Cabinet Parts.com was quick to respond and send me a replacement unit. Best customer service I've had in a while.     I’m renovating a 1980’s house and building the entire kitchen. Not bad for an old guy. All my hardware ( and there is a lot) is from Cabinet Parts. These folks are the best. Great prices and a great web site. Talk to them if you get stuck. You won’t be disappointed.

    The product is solid. paperwork in the box is awful. Fulterer should watch someone trying to read the directions - or should make a better video online of the install. Its not that complicated yet the manual makes it painfully unclear. . The drawings are from angles that are not useful in figuring out how these should be aligned in relation to the cabinet front edge. The process of inserting the cabinet could be simply depicted, but is not.. Figuring out that you can just snap that bottom "adapter" by pulling it full extension (which is the bottom rail) off took me about 90 minutes - and is not explained..

    Came on time and was exact replacement. I needed slightly larger diameter screws because the hole in the cabinet got larger.This is the screws that attach hinge to the frame not to the doors
