I reached out to customer service thru the web portal and after sending a few photos I received a replacement for the broken part (thanks Elizabeth!). No complications, easy, friendly. Meanwhile the FR771 is installed and the pantry is rock solid. The slide is built like a tank.

I installed Accuride self-closing slides to replace the standard slides I had installed before. Solved my problem of the drawers not staying closed or not closing tightly.
