- 4 of 5 High quality March 10th, 2026
by Joel from Redding, CAThe pantry slide is very well constructed and high quality. The only issue that I found is that the instructions are lack luster at best. A little more detail in the instructions would be helpful especially if it is a first time installing one.
- 5 of 5 Great Product, great Customer Service! September 6th, 2026
by Remi from redwood city, CAThe FR771 arrive well packaged but somehow one of the plastic pieces of the slide was broken. I reached out to customer service thru the web portal and after sending a few photos I received a replacement for the broken part (thanks Elizabeth!). No complications, easy, friendly. Meanwhile the FR771 is installed and the pantry is rock solid. The slide is built like a tank.

- 5 of 5 Great customer service! July 10th, 2025
by bruce from Lake Oswego, ORI've purchased a couple of the Fulterer FR771's for pullout cabinets; they are wonderful with a smooth glide and soft closing function. The latest one a received had a defective plastic component. Cabinet Parts.com was quick to respond and send me a replacement unit. Best customer service I've had in a while. Thank you, cabinetparts.com
