by Remi from redwood city, CAThe FR771 arrive well packaged but somehow one of the plastic pieces of the slide was broken. I reached out to customer service thru the web portal and after sending a few photos I received a replacement for the broken part (thanks Elizabeth!). No complications, easy, friendly. Meanwhile the FR771 is installed and the pantry is rock solid. The slide is built like a tank.

by Isaac from Los Angeles, CAProduct seems great, but let’s just assume it is 100% perfect, the instructions are still just crazy bad. There’s a table with pre-drilling locations for the FR771, but it only goes up to 650ml.this is. 700ml and there’s. 750ml as well. So weird. Not super crazy about the fact that the CabinetParts team just gave me a number to call Fulterer USA, and then even more surprised that the company itself was like “IDK, just drill through all the holes.” I will be fine, but this isn’t the way a $200 drawer slide should be sold.

Would have given a five star except screws that are sold along with drawer slides are shipped from a different location, presumably by a third party retailer. Tracking says shipped by USPostal Service which is slow and unreliable lately. Been 2 weeks and
