I've been using Rev-a-shelf units for years. This unit is made quite different as far as the installation of the cabinet door. I do like it better, it's easier to adjust the door to the cabinet face. (It's kina of a pain with R.A.S.) The only problem i found was the wast containers want to fall over if the door is opened to quickly. The soft close hardware seems to work well without to heavy of a load up on the soft close piston. All in all I'll use these again!

We had to replace an older, but identical double bottom waste cabinet drawer frame. Ordering the parts was easy, and the new frame itself was perfect. However, unknown to us, there was a slight but significant change in the size of the bottom mounting brackets and as a consequence, the screw holes did not align with the existing holes and no new screws were supplied. This resulted in a trip to the hardware store and the necessity of drilling new holes that aligned with the new brackets. It was a small issue, but a surprise and a nuisance — it was hard to figure out why they changed the bracket sizes except as an opportunity to sell new screws.
