    I have a Brookhaven kitchen that I couldn’t get parts for the slide out basket. I ordered the bottom slide because nothing else would fit in that spot. I had someone yesterday install it, and it works just as well as the original assembly did. I gave the installer your information so if they ever get stuck again ( they couldn’t find anything either) they have a site they can go to to fix a cabinet problem that anyone else would have. Great customer service help, and really fast shipping.

    Our original trash pullout had broken and was slamming shut, so this was a replacement. I had my son (16) do the work and he had no problems with the reinstall. Works great again.

    Ordered this waste bin pull-out. Product was shipped damaged. Now having a terrible time talking to a human. The returns apparently are only online. This a terrible process

    Quality of product is very good. Built to last. Installation instructions are not the easiest to follow. Suggest a installation video would be helpful for those of us who are not mechanically inclined. Also suggest you drill 3/32 pilot hole for screws.

    Jonzee did a great job identifying the correct replacement hinges. The original design on the hinges is no longer available. The new replacement hinges required drilling new holes for the screws and routing out the 35MM hole to allow the hinge to open the
