    The price was right, and the product was delivered on time in bombproof packaging. As someone who believes that shipped items need to be in completely weatherproof packaging, cabinetparts.com more than delivered. I did cut myself while getting the package open, but that’s a me problem, not a you problem. I should have used my good knife. Serious packaging demands serious extraction tools. I would say lesson learned, but that hand has a number of scars from previous misjudgements. But I digress... Thank you. My underwear drawer is gliding smoothly once again.

    The slides are great, smooth and excellent operation 5 star. The instructions for installation however were lacking and the graphics were overly busy (2 star). No where in the instructions could I find where it was necessary to mount the rear brackets 7/16 off-set from the opening line. And nowhere in the instructions did it mention that there was a left/right rear adjustment capability. For a first time installer, having to use the hit and miss, try it again method added to the angst that was already present, you know, for a first time installer.

    Glides work as advertised, very well built. 4 stars instead of 5 due to the fact of lack of installation instructions (easily found online), also the need to purchase seperartly rear mounting brackets, they are inexpensive but in my opinion should be proceed. There are also no mounting screws provided.

    Came on time and was exact replacement. I needed slightly larger diameter screws because the hole in the cabinet got larger.This is the screws that attach hinge to the frame not to the doors
