I wanted to order some drawer slides. I emailed Cabinet Parts and asked if I was ordering the correct parts for my application. I promptly received a response. I was informed that the product I wanted to order was correct for my application. However the brand I was going to order was not available for approximately 8 weeks. The person gave me the information on the same product from a different manufacturer that was currently in stock. The order arrived in a timely manner. I had a problem with one of the drawer slides and emailed Cabinet Parts. After a couple of emails I was informed that the replacement part had been shipped to me. After checking the tracking number I learned that the part should be arriving in the next few days. I have ordered things from Cabinet Parts before and never had any issues. This time I had an issue with one of the parts and it was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. I will continue to order stuff confidently from Cabinet parts.

This was a perfect replacement for a busted bracket that dates back to 2008. All good. Easy to install. Works perfectly.

Part seems to be well made, but still working through installation. Many reviews talk about the lack of clear instructions and they were not exaggerating. I would have gone with Blum, but they didn't have the size I wanted, 22".
