The order that I made on March 28 was received on time, no problems. I do want to report a problem on a previous order earlier in March. As a result of a malfunction with your online ordering system, my order was duplicated. I received two orders of the same parts, and was charged $205.21 for each of them. I contacted Russ Perreault by phone and he acknowledged what happened and told me that I should have the package returned to sender, and he would take care of getting the duplicate charge credited to my account. The credited amount that finally showed up on my was only $171.30. I questioned Russ by phone why only a partial credit. He replied by email that the difference was the shipping charge and was not refundable. I have no idea why Cabinet Parts would expect me to pay shipping charges for a mistake that they made. So, unfortunately, I had to report a disputed charge to my credit card company.

I bought 10.5 and 12.5 and the 12.5 really hang over my 12" shelves but they are really great.

I had a difficult time finding the shelf brackets in stores but found them in stock and at a good price from Cabinet parts.com.
