Although I called and left a message and didn’t hear back regarding the length of the standards I bought, I did call a few times and finally talked to a nice woman who advised me how to do a return. However, I never did get to speak with anyone who is an expert in the products and that’s actually what would’ve helped me the most.

Great product! Almost bought Closet Maid standards and brackets for my office shelves, but they looked too utilitarian outside of a closet. These were much nicer. Everything about the transaction was easy. Price, service, communication, packaging and shipping were excellent!

The products arrived in perfect condition. Pricing was very good and it was easily installed. We have installed them for office bookshelves. It would have been nice to include some screws to have had everything we needed to install these standards upon arrival.

Needed to install five rather large shelves. I used 3 of these double row tracts and 24" supports. Found wall studs at each end and used #8, 2-1/2" flathead square drive wood screws. There was no stud in center so I used 3/16" rocker type toggle bolts for the center rail. Worked out fine.
